Order flow
- After payment, we will send you an order confirmation email with the details of your order and delivery date.
- Please send your shoes to the store address (listed in the order confirmation email).
- After the customization is completed, the item will be sent to the address specified by the customer.
Cautions
- Depending on the degradation of your shoes, we may not be able to meet your customization request. If you are worried, please take a picture of your shoes and send them to info@recouture.online before you order.
- Delivery time for customization orders usually takes about 2 months. We will contact you by email after ordering for the exact delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping fee of sending the shoes to our store.
- After the customization is completed, the store will pay the shipping fee for sending the item to the customer.
- Fitting will vary depending on the type, design and material of the shoes.
- Because it is natural leather and handmade, there may be some scratches on the leather and some stains during production.
- It is possible to select black stitching (2 rows) on the welt part. If you would like black, please write "stitch・black" in the Special instructions for seller.
