We accept repair and customization requests through mail-in service or by appointment-only store visits.
In-Store Service (By Appointment Only)
We accept repair and customization requests during pre-scheduled store visits. Please note that walk-ins without prior appointments will not be accommodated.
How to Schedule:
- Email us at info@recouture.online or add us as a friend on our official LINE account, then send the following information:
- Subject line: "Store Visit Request"
- Include your name, preferred date, and time slot (choose from 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00)
- Providing 3 potential dates will help us coordinate schedules more smoothly

Mail-in Service (Email & Official LINE)
Step 1: Initial Inquiry
- Contact us via email at info@recouture.online or add us as a friend on our official LINE account, then send the following:
- For Repairs - Describe your desired repair and attach photos of the areas requiring repair
- For Customizations - Describe your desired customization and attach reference photos from our Instagram or other sources
Step 2: Quote & Confirmation
- We will inform you of the feasibility, cost, and timeframe for your repair/customization
- Return shipping is included in the quoted price
- Return shipping is free for orders over ¥15,000
- Payment is required before we begin work on your shoes
- We accept credit card payments and bank transfers
- Please ask any questions you may have at this stage
Step 3: Shipping Your Shoes
- Send your shoes along with a note containing the following information:
- Your name
- Return shipping address
- Contact information (email address and phone number)
- Preferred payment method (credit card or bank transfer)

- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our store (sender pays)
- Once we receive your shoes, we will email you payment instructions and contact you if we have any questions
Step 4: Processing
- Work will begin once payment is confirmed. Please wait for completion.
Step 5: Completion & Return Shipping
- We will ship your repaired shoes back to you
- A tracking number will be provided when shipped
